Dottie's cafe Dubuque IA
Dottie's since 1990 has great breakfast and lunches. 5.75. Sloppy joe cup of soup and fries. Cup of soup by its self ony 1.50. Homemade everything. On the corner of 5th street and central ave it close to everything downtown DUBUQUE IA.
