A great local bakery south of Omaha ne in Plattsmoth a half block of the main drag it serves up some of the best bakery goods any where. Nice dining area for coffee and a roll. I had a "stanwich" glazed donut sausage cheese and egg $1.25! warm it up in the microwave what a treat the gals working are friendly and fun a must stop in historic Plattsmoth NE south of Omaha

North shore grill Bemidji MN

Golf and great food well worth the 6 min drive from down town Bemidji had a cup of homemade soup and the mushroom egg rolls. Perfect for lunch looking out the wall of windows at lake Bemidji. 2.50/oz for prime rib fast friendly service. Ask for Shawn to shoot darts at the Elks lodge. He may buy you lunch

BISMARK north DAKOTA  Elks Lodge 1199. TR bar teddys bar great history Teddy himself say at this great bar in Medora in the late 1800s. Now you can see where the bullet lodged into the part of the bar after missing Teddy Afyer an argument. 3 restaurants at this elks I ate a rough rider burger  1/2 pound the way you want it with fries  ( it comes with chips). And some PIEPER Jack cheese top with thick sliced bacon. Starts serving at 5:30 Monday 2 burgers for $8  always great meals at an Elks lodge

The star lite room in Cedar Rapids Iowa home of the best burger in the area  so I got the pork tenderloin great 1/2 lb hand breaded crispy  get with the works or plane  good happy hours $2 tall boy miller lite.  Just north of down town behind one of the longest running dairy queens in the USA.  Stop there for a treat after. Widman's world of chocolate

Great must stop while in grand forks North Dakota at the east end of s 3rd at you get any thing from chips to olive coated in hand made chocolate. Gift plates and bags  don't leave town with out some chocolates from widmans. Don't forget your free sample

Titanium lunch box Britt IA lunch

KDinner pizza joint west of clear lake. All the dinner food and lots of former flavers of pizza  friendly and fast. I had soup and salad bar 5.95. First try at clam chowder did a great. Job then the pie made by owners mother in law was perfect Rubarb with great crust.
